The UK leader in Stud Welding and Refractory products
Superwool® Boards are rigid low biopersistent insulation boards manufactured from Superwool® Plus™ and Superwool® HT™ fibres. Designed to provide excellent thermal insulation performance with low thermal conductivity and low heat storage, they offer a lightweight, energy-efficient solution for a wide range of industrial and OEM heating applications.
Manufactured using advanced alkaline earth silicate fibre technology, Superwool Boards combine excellent thermal shock resistance with good mechanical strength and fabrication flexibility. Their rigid construction allows easy machining, cutting and die-cutting into precise shapes while maintaining reliable insulation performance across a broad operating temperature range.
Available in multiple grades, densities and specialist formats, Superwool Boards provide tailored insulation solutions for industrial furnaces, thermal processing equipment, boilers and engineered thermal management systems.
Superwool Boards combine thermal efficiency, low heat storage and low biopersistent fibre technology to deliver reliable insulation performance across demanding thermal applications.
