The UK leader in Stud Welding and Refractory products
Insulfrax® Blankets are a family of high-performance alkaline earth silicate (AES) insulation blankets designed to provide reliable thermal insulation, energy efficiency and long-term performance in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured using low biopersistent fibre technology, Insulfrax Blankets offer an effective alternative to traditional ceramic fibre insulation across a wide range of thermal processing applications.
Lightweight, flexible and easy to install, Insulfrax Blankets combine low thermal conductivity with excellent thermal stability, helping reduce heat loss while improving process efficiency. Their needled construction provides high tensile strength and resilience without the use of binders, ensuring reliable performance without smoke generation or outgassing during operation.
Available in Insulfrax LTX (previously Insulfrax S) and Insulfrax 1300 HT grades, the range provides solutions for applications requiring enhanced thermal efficiency, improved handling characteristics or increased operating temperature capability.
Insulfrax Blankets provide an effective combination of thermal performance, flexibility and low biopersistent fibre technology, making them a trusted solution for industrial thermal insulation and heat management applications.
