The UK leader in Stud Welding and Refractory products
Ceraboard® is a range of rigid ceramic fibre insulation boards engineered for high-temperature thermal insulation applications where low thermal conductivity, low heat storage and reliable thermal performance are essential. Manufactured from either Cerafibre® or Cerachem® fibres, Ceraboard provides a lightweight, self-supporting insulation solution for a wide range of industrial heating and thermal processing environments.
Designed to deliver excellent thermal stability and resistance to thermal shock, Ceraboard combines insulating performance with the rigidity required for self-supporting applications. Its durable structure allows easy cutting, machining and installation while maintaining reliable performance at elevated temperatures.
Available in both 1260°C and 1425°C grades, Ceraboard is widely specified throughout kiln, furnace and process industries where lightweight, energy-efficient insulation materials are required.
Ceraboard provides an effective combination of thermal performance, lightweight construction and installation flexibility.
