The UK leader in Stud Welding and Refractory products
Fiberfrax® Duraboard® products are a family of rigid ceramic fibre insulation boards engineered for high-temperature thermal insulation applications requiring low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance and long-term dimensional stability. Manufactured from Fiberfrax alumina-silica fibres using a wet-forming process, they combine lightweight construction with exceptional strength, rigidity and machinability.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, Duraboard products offer excellent resistance to thermal shock, chemical attack, vibration and mechanical stress. Their self-supporting structure enables easy handling, fabrication and installation while providing reliable thermal insulation performance across a wide range of furnace, kiln and thermal processing applications.
Available in multiple grades, densities and temperature classifications, the Duraboard range provides tailored solutions for refractory backup insulation, hot-face protection, fabricated components and extreme-temperature thermal management systems.
Duraboard products combine thermal performance, mechanical strength and fabrication flexibility for demanding industrial insulation applications.
