Insulfrax Modules are engineered from advanced alkaline earth silicate (AES) fibre blankets to provide lightweight, energy-efficient insulation for industrial furnaces, kilns and thermal processing equipment. Designed for rapid installation and reliable thermal performance, they offer an effective alternative to traditional refractory linings in applications requiring reduced heat storage, improved thermal efficiency and faster furnace cycling.
Manufactured from Insulfrax Blanket, these modules combine low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance and outstanding thermal stability. Their lightweight construction reduces structural loading while helping improve process efficiency and lower operating costs across a wide range of industrial heating applications.
Available in both anchored and bonded module configurations with multiple attachment systems, Insulfrax Modules can be specified for new furnace construction, lining upgrades and refractory replacement projects. Modular construction enables fast installation, simplified maintenance and reduced downtime during shutdowns and rebuilds.
Insulfrax Modules combine the proven installation advantages of modular fibre linings with the benefits of low biopersistent AES fibre technology, delivering reliable thermal insulation and long service life in demanding industrial environments.
Anchored Insulfrax Modules manufactured from Insulfrax S Blanket provide lightweight, energy-efficient insulation with multiple attachment options and reliable performance up to 1300°C.
