The UK leader in Stud Welding and Refractory products
Superwool® Blankets are advanced low biopersistent insulation blankets engineered to provide exceptional thermal performance, thermal stability and long-term reliability across a wide range of industrial applications. Manufactured using high-purity raw materials and advanced fibre technology, Superwool Blankets deliver outstanding insulation performance while maintaining a soft, flexible and easy-to-install structure.
Designed to minimise nuisance dust and improve handling characteristics, Superwool Blankets combine excellent thermal efficiency with superior resilience and durability. Their binder-free and lubricant-free construction eliminates smoke and odour during initial heating, while Superwool XTRA technology does not form respirable crystalline silica at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for demanding thermal processing environments.
Available in Superwool Plus, Superwool Prime (previously HT) and Superwool XTRA grades, the range provides reliable thermal insulation solutions with classification temperatures up to 1450°C, delivering enhanced energy efficiency, thermal shock resistance and outstanding high-temperature performance.
